A new regional gem is emerging in Väimela — the Väimela Food Centre. This building, with a total area of over 1,470 m², was born from a trusted collaboration between Karmo Tõra (ROK-Projekt OÜ), Jaagumäe Kaubandus and Tammel Ehitus, partners who have previously joined forces to improve the local living environment and community wellbeing.

Architect Karmo Tõra, whose work is recognised through a number of landmark buildings across Võrumaa and beyond, ensures the centre fits seamlessly into the modern built environment — both visually and functionally. The new centre houses a spacious 590 m² retail hall and a welcoming 120 m² dining area, offering the local community and visitors quality options for everyday shopping, dining and events.

This project is yet another testament to a well-functioning partnership where construction quality and community needs come first.
