U-Disain OÜ, architect Uko Künnap

A new and exciting project has been added to our residential construction portfolio in Tõrvandi, just outside Tartu. It is an architecturally distinctive home where Nordic minimalism meets smart functionality.

The author of the private residence is the renowned architect Uko Künnap, whose architectural style is characterized by clarity and elegance. The design features a modern two-storey house with a simple form and a logical layout, where the main two-storey volume is complemented by a single-storey side wing.
