Võrumaa Food Center and Nöörimaa Food Center were established by a local client with strong ties to Võrumaa and its food network. During the design and construction of the building, the client placed emphasis not only on quality and functionality but also on supporting local business development. All phases of the building’s design and construction were thoughtfully planned and implemented with flexibility to support the local supply chain, offering facilities and services that benefit the regional food retail industry.
