Reola Alajaam

The project includes the construction of a new substation as well as the associated power lines, technical systems, and control solutions.
Private house in Tõrvandi
Completion time: spring-summer 2026
This is an architecturally distinctive home where Nordic minimalism meets smart functionality. The design features a modern two-storey house with a simple form and a logical layout. The main two-storey volume is complemented by a single-storey side wing.

Värska Coop
The client of the new Coop store building opened in the heart of Värska is Coop Põlva. The net area of the building is 700 square meters, of which 450 square meters is a bright and spacious showroom.
Warmeston office
The client for the modern and energy-efficient office building located in Järvere is Warmeston OÜ, and the total construction area is 185 m². The building features clear and functional architecture, combining high-quality materials, a well-considered layout, and high technical standards.
Cristella VT OÜ office
The new office building has been designed with modern work styles in mind. Open, light-filled spaces, comfortable collaboration areas, and private offices and meeting rooms. The working environment is planned to promote creativity, productivity, and efficient communication.
Navi private house
The black, clean-lined building is distinguished by its elegant minimalism and strong architectural character. The architecture of the private residence is based on contemporary functionality: large glazed surfaces allow abundant natural light into the interior, emphasizing a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces.
Gable-roof warehouse in Võru
The building is purely functional and durable, designed to meet the needs of modern logistics and warehousing. Emphasis has been placed on optimal use of space and the durability of the structures. Ramirent Võru operates in the building as a tenant.
Barrus AS office
The office building of Barrus, one of the largest wood industry companies in Southern Estonia, features glulam columns and a structural frame, cross-laminated timber wall panels, timber–concrete composite floor slabs, and a timber façade.
Nominated for the “Wooden Building of the Year 2017” award.
Barrus AS production buildings
The development and expansion of Barrus’s glulam production buildings have been a long-term construction project spanning several years. Construction has been carried out in several phases, allowing the plant’s capacity to be steadily increased without interrupting the company’s day-to-day operations.
Osula Graanul
Our company was responsible for ensuring that the construction process was of high quality, up to date, and compliant with strict environmental requirements. The project involved the construction of an industrial complex comprising all required production units, storage facilities, and logistics centers.
Food centers
Võrumaa Food Center and Nöörimaa Food Center were established by a local client with strong ties to Võrumaa and its food network.
Magaziin store and logistics center
The store has an area of 1,486.4 m², of which the net closed area is 1,544.5 m². The building is 7 m high, 40.3 m long, and 36.3 m wide. At the heart of the building is a spacious and well-designed sales hall, with a layout that allows products to be displayed clearly and logically.
