We have commenced construction works of the 3B Facilities at Lõuna-Eesti Haigla AS, where we are carrying out a complete refurbishment of the ward facilities. As the newly created spaces are intended for hospice patients, our shared goal with the client is to create an environment that provides maximum comfort, safety, and a homelike atmosphere.

The works are being executed based on the construction design prepared by AS Resand and include demolition works, new architectural solutions, upgrades to electrical and low-voltage systems, installation of heating, ventilation and cooling systems, as well as reconstruction of water supply and drainage systems.

Our objective is to create a healthcare environment where technical quality meets compassionate care, ensuring dignified and comfortable conditions for patients and their families.
