The store has an area of 1,486.4 m², of which the net closed area is 1,544.5 m². The building is 7 m high, 40.3 m long, and 36.3 m wide. At the heart of the building is a spacious and well-designed sales hall, with a layout that allows products to be displayed clearly and logically.

To ensure efficient operation of the logistics center, large loading bays and convenient maneuvering areas for transport were designed, along with efficient shelving systems, optimal use of space, and safe and ergonomic storage solutions.
